Polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE), also known as polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer,  is a new generation of high-performance concrete admixture. PCE superplasticizer is a high-performance water reducing agent that integrates many functions such as high water reduction, high collapse retention, reinforcement, shrinkage, and environmental protection. It is also an ideal admixture for preparing high-strength and high-performance concrete.

The polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer is an additive commonly used in concrete engineering and has a wide range of applications. Packing of PCE Based Superplasticizer For PCE liquid, the packing is 230kg PE drum, 1100kg IBC tank or flexitank. For PCE Powder, the packing is 25 kg PP woven bags.

1. PEC Powder. PCE powder is a free-flowing, sandy, spray-dried powder. It has the characteristics of high fineness, excellent dispersibility, low gas content, good adaptability with various cements, and improved fluidity of mortar, etc. It is a new generation of polycarboxylate ether polymer, which can be used as a superplasticizer for cement-based materials. Polycarboxylate powder is also an excellent dispersing plasticizer for mineral materials such as gypsum and ceramics.

2. High Water Reduction. PCE water reducer is a ready-to-use liquid superplasticizer. It is light yellow in appearance. Besides, it can be completely water easily. The water reduction efficiency of PCE concrete admixture can be up to 25%. It is mainly used in the ready-mixed and precast concrete industries where the highest durability and performance is required.

3. High Slump Retention. PCE-High Slump Retention is a new generation superplasticizer for concrete. It contains polycarboxylate ether polymers and is specially formulated for ready-mix concrete where slump retention, high strength and durability are required in hot climates. It is chloride-free, meets SS EN 934, Set retarding/high range water reducing/superplasticizing admixtures, and ASTM C 494 requirements for Type F & G. It is also compatible with all cements meeting the ASTM standards. As an ideal admixture for the ready-mixed concrete industry, PCE superplasticizer has the ability to work with a low water/cement ratios and still obtain extended slump retention to make high-quality concrete.
